Bloom retirement communities are part of Cogir Real Estate, a Canadian-based company with a 25-year history of conceiving, building and managing seniors’ retirement communities. This network is now comprised of 50 communities in Ontario, Quebec and the United States, with more than 11,000 units, catering to independent, semi-independent and long-term care residents.
Established in 1995, Cogir Real Estate is a Canadian company which today employs more than 3,500 people in the company’s management, development/construction and investment divisions.
